NYK wedding.com is a global online wedding retailer offering own label products across all bridal, bridesmaid, evening and Men's accessories. We use only the finest Austrian and Czechoslovakian crystals and comply with the EU Nickel Directive. We believe our customers will be delighted with the truly exceptional quality of our products. Our customers are very important to us and our aim is to provide an excellent service.

Discount Codes:
It is your responsibility to enter the code at checkout. We are unable to apply a discount code once your order has been placed.
Discount codes are not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Switch and American Express through our payment service provider Ogone.
Delivery and returns
As all items are held in stock, you can be rest assured that you will not have to wait weeks for delivery. In the rare event that we have experienced an unusually high demand for an item which delays delivery, we will email you with a revised delivery date or the option to cancel your order.
UK deliveries
Standard delivery – 3-5 working days - £2.95
Special delivery - next day (on orders placed before 3pm) - £6.95
*FREE Standard UK delivery for orders over £100
European deliveries
Standard delivery – 3-7 working days - £4.95
Special delivery – 1-3 working days (on orders placed before 3pm) - £12.95
Worldwide deliveries
Standard delivery – 5-10 working days -£6.95
Special delivery - 2-4 working days - £19.95
Most UK orders are Recorded Signed For or Special Delivery postal service and are likely to require a signature upon receipt.z
Note to worldwide customers: Orders are carried out in sterling and you will be charged in sterling which means the amount you pay will depend on the exchange at the time your order is processed.
Please note all orders are processed during working hours Monday to Friday. For example, if you place an order at 10pm on Friday night, then it will be dispatched the following Monday.

We strongly recommend goods are returned by the following Royal Mail services:
Under £30: Recorded Signed For
Over £30: Special Delivery (extra insurance is available depending on the value of your order)
NYK wedding.com cannot be held responsible for goods until they arrive at our premises. Any product that is returned due it being unsuitable is to be sent at the customers cost. The above services will insure for the value of goods and will also allow you to track your order via http://www.royalmail.com/.
You should expect to receive your refund within 5 – 10 working days upon receipt of the returned item but all products remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Can you please ensure that you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or presentation boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us faulty, unless there was a fault with the product when it was received. If a replacement is required, then we would ask that you retain the presentation box, in which case only the product will be replaced.
Please note that in the interests of hygiene, we cannot accept earrings being returned unless they have remained in their original wrapping or are faulty.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Should you receive an item that is faulty, then we would recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning. We will then either exchange the product or alternatively offer you a full refund.
Lost Goods
Please contact us if you have not received your goods within 7 days of placing your order. We will take up the matter with Royal Mail to rectify the situation.
*Please be aware that it is your responsibility to provide full and correct delivery details including postcode (if applicable). We are unable to accept responsibility for orders which fail to be delivered due to an incomplete or incorrect delivery address or post code.
Our Responsibility
NYK wedding.com cannot be held responsible for any disruptions to our services that are beyond our control. Whilst we will do everything in our power to correct any disruption to our service, we do not make any promise that our website or service is entirely error free. We believe that our photographs and description show and describe our products as accurately as possible, however colours of products supplied may differ slightly from appearances online. Dimensions and weights shown are approximate and may vary. We cannot be held responsible for marginal differences in the products supplied.
