Delivery Returns

If you are unhappy with your order, please return the item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in the same condition and in the same original packaging that they were dispatched.  Upon receipt of the package a full refund will be implemented except for the postage cost.

You should expect to receive your refund within 5 – 10 working days upon receipt of the returned product but all goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.  Can you please ensure that you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes.  We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.

Please note that in the interests of hygiene, we cannot accept earrings being returned.

We would recommend that you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning.  Please send your returned goods to:

Faulty goods

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged.  Should you receive an item that is faulty then we would recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning. We will then either exchange the product or alternatively offer you a full refund.

Deliveries

All orders are processed during working hours Monday to Friday. For example, if you place an order at 10pm on Friday night, then it will be dispatched the following Monday.
